Announcement: Prize Money for Mountain Lakes 100 and Free Entries for NW Mountain Trail Series

We are excited to make two announcements today regarding prizes for Mountain Lakes 100 and the NW Mountain Trail Series.

Series sponsor Altra has stepped up big time and thanks to them; we awarding a larger cash prize this year for the Mountain Lakes 100 top finishers:

• 1st male and female: $1,000 each
• 2nd male and female: $500 each
• 3rd male and female: $250 each
• 1st male and female masters: $250 each

The prizes for the NW Mountain Trail Series overall winners are even bigger and more generous this year. In addition to incredible Patagonia jackets and vests, the winners will receive free entries (and bypass any lottery) for 2016 Series races:

• 1st male & female: Free entry to all races ($800 value) + Series hand-made trophy
• 2nd male & female: Free entry to three races ($400 value)
• 3rd male & female: Free entry to one race ($100 value, excludes Mountain Lakes 100)
• 1st male & female masters: Free entry to one race ($100 value, excludes Mountain Lakes 100)
